Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers by building and growing consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and lending products, and accurately process transactions while providing exemplary service. Educate customers on bank offerings and technology, resolve customer issues, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Support relationship deepening through disciplined outreach and referrals across the bank.
