Job Summary

Partner with People Operations and HR COEs to deliver people strategies for assigned business units. Provide strategic influence to leadership on retention, development, and workforce planning over a 1–2 year horizon, using evidence-based insights and analytics. Lead HR strategy execution, onboarding design input, and grievance support in coordination with Labor Relations. Coach leaders and drive process excellence, worker engagement, and EEO/AA risk identification.

•Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision over a 1–2 year horizon.
•Develop and implement HR plans and programs to ensure effective utilization of HR.
•Influence team member behavior to promote key safety and HR principles, and identify/correct EEO and AA risk patterns.
•Provide coaching to support leadership development and decision-making to drive performance and productivity.
•Partner with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and orientation experience; manage grievances and workforce shaping strategy, including evaluation and talent development.

Salary: USD 91,000 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (equivalent work experience acceptable).
•5+ years of relevant Human Resources work experience.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools; strong computer skills.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication across all organizational levels.
•Significant HR strategy execution knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
