Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the render pipeline that powers AI Social’s generation of Instagram carousels and reels.
  • •Build and iterate prompts, agent loops, and structured outputs to drive consistent media creation.
  • •Partner with product and content strategy on direction while shipping visual-quality improvements in production.
  • •Collaborate across engineering and design peers to deliver polished media end-to-end.
  • •Lead through craft and influence as a hands-on IC without managing people on day one.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js, with comfort shipping production code.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems, including prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling, and agent loops.
  • •At least one shipped piece of generative media (image, video, voice, or music) that others have seen and used.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating both technical depth and design sensibility.
  • •Formal or self-taught grounding in design, visual art, film, or motion.
