Specialist, Process Mgmt (Underwriting Assistant - Contract Surety)

Own complex business and systems process analysis, redesign, and day-to-day operations to support effective underwriting operations. Design, develop, document, deploy, and maintain process workflows; evaluate opportunities using benchmarks, pilots, prototyping, and modeling; and recommend process, tool, and control improvements. Partner with customers and project teams to build business cases and project plans, act as a subject-matter expert, and mentor others on process design techniques.
