Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives from idea to production.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on via coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production incident problem-solving.
  • •Make architecture decisions and trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and improve engineering tooling, development practices, automation, and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and shipping production software systems with a strong software engineering background.
  • •Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong system design and architecture skills, including making technical decisions for complex or high-scale systems.
  • •Strong coding ability and willingness to remain hands-on with prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
