Job Summary

Own Master and Reference Data (MRD) product domain expertise within the EMEA Data Office. Elicit, refine, and translate business and regulatory needs into epics, features, and user stories, then support discovery-to-delivery-to-adoption across a global MRD landscape. Partner with MRD Product, Delivery, and Adoption leads to ensure data governance, quality, controls, and right-first-time delivery for MRD products spanning Party, Reference, Products, Securities, and Coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the MRD SME across domains (Party, Reference, Products, Coverage, Securities), advising on models, hierarchies, controls, and usage.
•Elicit and refine MRD requirements aligned to prioritised business and regulatory use cases, translating them into epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
•Provide domain input and impact analysis into MRD product roadmap and backlog discussions led by the MRD Product Owner.
•Support delivery and adoption by clarifying requirements, validating outcomes, and enabling UAT readiness with business-facing documentation.
•Collaborate across global MRD teams and data functions to align on MRD capability, embedding governance, quality, stewardship, and control requirements in MRD design.
