Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the MRD SME across domains (Party, Reference, Products, Coverage, Securities), advising on models, hierarchies, controls, and usage.
  • •Elicit and refine MRD requirements aligned to prioritised business and regulatory use cases, translating them into epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
  • •Provide domain input and impact analysis into MRD product roadmap and backlog discussions led by the MRD Product Owner.
  • •Support delivery and adoption by clarifying requirements, validating outcomes, and enabling UAT readiness with business-facing documentation.
  • •Collaborate across global MRD teams and data functions to align on MRD capability, embedding governance, quality, stewardship, and control requirements in MRD design.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working with Master and/or Reference Data in a financial services context (preferably matrixed environments).
  • •Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed, high-quality requirements (epics, features, user stories).
  • •Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and enterprise data architecture concepts.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business, technology and data functions.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodology and backlog management to support iterative delivery.
