Key Responsibilities

  • •Make, repair, and diagnose dies, punches, and other tooling/parts.
  • •Prioritize and execute work using CMMS work orders and direct assignments.
  • •Maintain tooling and participate in preventative maintenance involving precision-oriented tasks.
  • •Interpret drawings, pictures, and physical part information to build/make parts; heat treat/draw back material and use precision tools.
  • •Diagnose issues to ensure stable machine shop operation and report quality, process, equipment, materials, and labor concerns to the Production Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •5 years of experience in tool and die shop operations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • •Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems collaboratively.
