  • •Own the product from a technical perspective: analyze and validate incoming feature requests, translate them into concrete technical and product requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals

  • •Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical solutions with product strategy and delivery timelines
  • •Participate in hiring processes: conduct technical interviews and support new hires during onboarding
  • •Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components with a focus on architectural consistency and team collaboration

  • •6+ years of backend development experience
