Design, build, support, and scale internal IT systems while leveraging automation and AI to improve IT and business workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary owner/architect for workflow automation, connecting disparate systems and scaling IT automation.
•Design, automate, build, manage, and optimize highly-available, scalable IT systems infrastructure.
•Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and implement/maintain integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
•Manage data, security, and legal governance processes to maintain compliance with security standards and controls.
•Monitor system health, troubleshoot advanced issues, participate in on-call rotation, and lead technology projects focused on business value.

Key Requirements

•5+ years IT systems experience in a distributed, enterprise IT environment.
•Experience designing, integrating, and automating processes using Okta Workflows, plus proficiency with additional automation tools.
•Hands-on experience designing, automating, integrating, deploying, securing, and monitoring Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack, including AI tools.
•Strong identity and access management knowledge (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, OAuth2.0/OIDC) and scripting proficiency (Python preferred, plus Golang, Ruby, JavaScript, Shell).
•Working knowledge of AWS and security/compliance practices, including least-privilege access, patching, two-factor authentication, and incident response tools.
