Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary owner/architect for workflow automation, connecting disparate systems and scaling IT automation.
  • •Design, automate, build, manage, and optimize highly-available, scalable IT systems infrastructure.
  • •Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and implement/maintain integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  • •Manage data, security, and legal governance processes to maintain compliance with security standards and controls.
  • •Monitor system health, troubleshoot advanced issues, participate in on-call rotation, and lead technology projects focused on business value.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years IT systems experience in a distributed, enterprise IT environment.
  • •Experience designing, integrating, and automating processes using Okta Workflows, plus proficiency with additional automation tools.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, automating, integrating, deploying, securing, and monitoring Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack, including AI tools.
  • •Strong identity and access management knowledge (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, OAuth2.0/OIDC) and scripting proficiency (Python preferred, plus Golang, Ruby, JavaScript, Shell).
  • •Working knowledge of AWS and security/compliance practices, including least-privilege access, patching, two-factor authentication, and incident response tools.
