Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go or other strongly typed languages.
  • •Develop scalable, event-driven distributed systems for critical banking operations.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • •Write detailed design documents and ensure end-to-end delivery (architecture through deployment).
  • •Review pull requests and contribute to code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices/reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Go (or exceptional ability in another strongly typed language).
