Job Summary

Support Guard, a user-facing product within the Network Value portfolio, as a data and analytical thought partner to product managers and engineers. Translate ambiguous questions into analytics projects, build dashboards and data models for core metrics and OKRs, and design/ analyze experiments to guide feature launches. Partner on Airflow- and dbt-powered pipelines, explore ML and causal inference prototypes, and help shape roadmaps and top-line outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion a data-first approach by partnering with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders as Guard is built and scaled.
•Translate ambiguous business and product questions into analytics projects and decision frameworks, and run ad-hoc and strategic analyses to improve outcomes.
•Build and maintain data models, dashboards, core metrics, and OKRs to quantify progress against business goals.
•Design and analyze experiments for feature launch and iteration decisions and partner on Airflow- and dbt-powered data pipelines.
•Identify ways to impact top-line OKRs by influencing prioritization and roadmapping while exploring ML prototypes and causal inference approaches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,800 - 262,800 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related analytics or data-focused role.
•Fintech experience, including working with raw fintech data.
•Experience launching direct-to-consumer products from 0 to 1.
•Experience with experimentation and ad-hoc analysis to develop strategic insights.
•Strong SQL skills and experience building or partnering on data pipelines using Airflow and dbt.
