Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support a positive team environment by proactively sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
  • •Have basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and be able to operate a retail Point of Sale system.
