Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design for HSE/fire protection scope in accordance with codes, standards, and project procedures.
  • •Lead discipline execution by planning, organizing, and directing scope, deliverables, schedules, and manpower resources, and ensuring interfaces and deliverables are identified.
  • •Prepare and review engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications; develop bid proposal estimates and respond to technical queries.
  • •Support safety engineering activities including safety studies (e.g., HAZID/HAZOP), workshops, deliverable reviews, and close-out reporting.
  • •Interface with customers and internal teams; review vendor/subcontractor submittals; guide engineers; and manage progress, productivity, costs, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •15–20 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •Detailed knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and application of standards, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Ability in project coordination and execution.
  • •Preferably registered professional engineer or member of a professional engineering society (as applicable).
