Provider Success Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas

Own provider partnerships and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant for primary care practices in value-based care. Serve as the primary SME and point of contact for provider partners, support onboarding and in-office workflow training, and implement engagement plans to optimize success and retention. Use provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market needs.
