Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of Barracuda production as a strategic leader and hands-on operator.
•Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to execute Anduril’s 5-year vision for scalable manufacturing of thousands of high-quality products annually.
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction projects from concept to full production release.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Deployment Operations, and Program Management to mature products from low-rate prototypes to full-rate production.
•Own the production floor—headcount planning, capex forecasting, and resource allocation to meet aggressive targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 292,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Manufacturing/Production role within hardware development, with a track record of scaling operations from prototype to full-rate production (thousands of units).
•Hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving NPI environment, defining, developing and launching new products in a production setting.
•Deep experience with discrete manufacturing operations in technically demanding industries (aerospace, defense, consumer electronics, medical devices, or automotive), with complex electromechanical systems preferred.
•Strategic and tactical acumen with a strong drive for continuous improvement and a proven ability to execute strategic initiatives and achieve results.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams at a highly technical level.
