Key Responsibilities

•Strategically establish and manage revenue-focused relationships with agency holdings and large media agencies across DACH.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally (product, marketing, legal, engineering, sales) to develop holistic solutions for clients.
•Ensure agencies receive strong sales and customer service, including education at individual and scaled levels.
•Plan and build compelling, data-driven campaign storylines and presentations customized to agency/client business needs.
•Brainstorm, identify, and implement TikTok advertising solutions; manage account operations including account setup for new agency accounts.

Key Requirements

•Media background with at least 5 years of experience in digital media.
•Proven success managing Big 6 agencies.
•Experience analyzing campaign data and delivering recommendations.
•Sales and consulting mindset; communicate easily with C-level stakeholders and enterprise media units.
•Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills.
