•Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Product Analytics team, aligning with organizational goals, customer needs, and market trends.
•Lead development and communication of a multi-horizon product roadmap and prioritize initiatives across short-term delivery and long-term platform investment.
•Own and govern the full product backlog, driving requirements discovery through user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery.
•Serve as a technical partner to engineering by evaluating trade-offs and ensuring data solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to product goals.
•Establish KPI frameworks for product success, champion customer voice, and mentor junior product owners and analysts to elevate product discipline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
•7+ years of product management or product ownership experience, including 4+ years as a senior technical product owner or senior technical product manager.
•Deep technical expertise with software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure concepts; able to partner credibly with engineering.
•Proven delivery of complex, multi-horizon product roadmaps in a fast-paced agile environment.
•Strong data-driven decision making with proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools; CSPO or equivalent is a plus.
