Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute strategic People & Capability initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness and delivery.
  • •Manage day-to-day aspects of complex projects in coordination with stakeholders across business units.
  • •Participate in talent acquisition for the function as appropriate, and coach employees and managers on key issues.
  • •Facilitate job evaluation, compensation assessment, performance management processes, and year-end compensation administration.
  • •Partner with executives and Finance on budget and headcount planning; participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and organization design; process involuntary terminations and support employee relations in partnership with the SR PBP.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated People Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR degree and/or HR certification preferred.
  • •Core knowledge of HR principles, theories, and concepts.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment, solutions orientation, and flexibility.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple geographies; strong influencing and communications skills.
