Sr. Operator

Independently and with the Lead Operator/Supervisor, accurately and compliantly manufacture silicone products using automated and semi-automated equipment under SOP and GMP. Operate mixing, coating, cutting, and packaging machines; troubleshoot basic issues; maintain equipment cleanliness; monitor and record critical process parameters; and complete manufacturing/quality documentation. Collaborate with management on testing results, trends, deviations, and process improvements/validations, including hazardous waste handling as needed.
