Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
•Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
•Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance and customer experience.
•Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and provide high-level training to support team development.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support in the absence of the leadership team to support an inclusive, customer-centric culture.

•1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.

•Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures.
•Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and at times lift and carry product/cartons/props/fixtures up to 50 pounds.
