Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Product investment envelope by managing OpEx and headcount budgets across Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD).
  • •Drive workforce planning with bottoms-up headcount models and partner with Engineering leaders to sequence hiring against roadmap and operational scale.
  • •Forecast economics for cloud hosting, AI/compute, internal tooling, SaaS, and enterprise systems; identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Translate roadmaps and priorities into financial tradeoffs, including build vs. buy, capitalizable vs. expensed R&D, and vendor investments.
  • •Lead monthly budget-vs-actual reviews, improve accrual accuracy, automate reporting, and implement scalable approval workflows for spend and headcount.
