Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end mid-year and annual performance and pay cycle in partnership with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and People leadership.
  • •Run formal Performance and Pay post mortems after each cycle and recommend data-backed improvements for future cycles.
  • •Own the People program calendar and roadmap, coordinating workstreams and maintaining lightweight project infrastructure and milestone tracking.
  • •Diagnose cross-functional People team pain points and build processes to address them.
  • •Lead AI adoption within HR by developing rollout plans, training materials, and feedback loops; support rewards/recognition and IPO readiness programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,300 - 148,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, or a closely related field.
  • •Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • •Strong working knowledge of performance management and compensation cycle execution.
  • •Experience conducting post mortems or retrospectives and translating learnings into action.
  • •Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure; excellent written and verbal communication.
