Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve the data architecture vision, balancing innovation, scalability, and cost optimization.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs and guide architecture through design, build, and release phases.
•Translate complex business requirements into modular, reusable architectural components across cloud-native environments and develop architecture principles and coding standards.
•Manage AtScale cluster configurations and scaling policies to optimize performance and cost.
•Lead architectural review sessions, mentor engineers, and drive knowledge-sharing to establish architectural governance across the organization.

Key Requirements

•9–12 years of total experience in enterprise data architecture and platform engineering, with 3–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
•Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale data and machine learning architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
•Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrated data platform architectures, including Snowflake, AtScale, and dbt.
•Deep knowledge of Snowflake performance optimization, monitoring, cost control strategies, and resource scheduling.
•Proficiency in designing data/AI systems using cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data lake/lakehouse architectures, with strong data modeling and ETL capabilities.
