Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite equity investments for LIHTC funds and help manage relationships with syndicator partners.
•Act as primary contact with syndicators through the fund underwriting and closing process.
•Perform financial modeling and develop analyses (e.g., benefit schedules and property grids).
•Draft and present transaction memorandums and review/comment on fund documents (including placement and subscription materials).
•Own and track CRA investment goals, coordinate with CIC Originations on loan strategies, and serve as a key point of contact with Credit.
