Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution end-to-end by managing delivery cadence from planning through release and ensuring the team hits commitments.
  • •Resolve dependencies and remove blockers across cross-team workstreams, escalating or negotiating as needed to keep delivery unblocked.
  • •Protect team focus by communicating risks, blockers, and work-in-progress clearly to stakeholders to prevent thrash and scope creep.
  • •Coordinate release processes and cross-functional engineering/QA/integration efforts to deliver polished, demo-ready software on cadence.
  • •Manage stakeholder communication and demonstration logistics, including tracking hardware readiness and software stability for live XR demos.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or equivalent delivering complex software products.
  • •Proven ownership of execution for cross-functional technical teams, shipping on-time.
  • •Strong technical literacy to understand system architecture, software dependencies, build/release pipelines, and technical trade-offs.
  • •High agency and intrinsic motivation with the ability to operate with minimal direction and move on problems proactively.
  • •Experience with project management tooling (Jira, Confluence, Linear, or equivalent) and establishing delivery processes; must be a U.S. person eligible for an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Willingness to travel as needed for demonstrations and events (up to 25%).
