Job Summary

Develop and manage consumer products for Credit, Debit, and Prepaid segments, shaping product line strategies and delivering new features and enhancements. Collaborate with Mastercard customers, internal sales, market development, and services/digital teams to execute go-to-market plans. Analyze stakeholder needs and review data reports to guide product adjustments. Own product/project budgets and support sales enablement, RFP support, and business case development for the Southern Africa Consumer Products P&L.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a strategy for consumer segments, building new products and scaling existing solutions.
•Manage product development for Credit, Debit, and Prepaid categories for Mastercard Consumer segments.
•Analyze internal and external stakeholder needs and issues, and track progress against project plans.
•Support the creation of internal knowledge documents (case studies and industry best practices).
•Enable sales with product expertise, training/material development, and RFP support; develop business cases and requirements for enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Develop and manage products for Mastercard consumer segments across Credit, Debit, and Prepaid.
•Interface with Mastercard customers and internal sales and market development stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
•Review data reports and develop preliminary product adjustment recommendations.
•Help develop and manage product or project budgets/P&Ls, including estimates of cost drivers and bottom-line numbers.
•Support development of business cases and requirements for product enhancements and related sales enablement.
