Job Summary

Oversee and support maintenance of non-power block facilities by coordinating facility oversight, building inspections, and contractor punch-list inputs. Manage vendor invoices and maintenance schedules, and prepare budget/expenditure analysis for infrastructure maintenance progress. Contribute to infrastructure maintenance procedures and implement 5S through an organization, plan, and campaign. Act as Floor Warden single point of contact, and support outage/ERO activities as assigned, including possible shift work.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead general custodial duties of assigned facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
•Coordinate with occupants in in-scope non-power block facilities and perform surveillances to identify maintenance needs and gaps.
•Provide input to the facility punch list process and engage contractor representatives during maintenance activities.
•Manage vendor invoices and data entry; prepare analysis of budgets and expenditures and provide vendor/preventative/corrective maintenance schedules.
•Implement 5S (SORT, SET IN ORDER, SHINE, STANDARDIZE, SUSTAIN) and support outage/ERO activities as assigned, potentially including shift/off-hours support.
