Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Integrate AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, technical solution generation, test case generation, test report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities, including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs, for real application scenarios.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime governance and operational frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, and stability/reliability/cost management.
  • •Partner across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities and improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or enterprise-scale delivery roles, including 3+ years delivering AI-related production in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong system thinking to design and evolve complex, scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
  • •Proficiency in Java/Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment.
  • •Must-have AI/agent architecture skills: LLM/agent understanding (task planning/decomposition, tool calling, context/session management, memory, execution loops/exceptions) plus practical LangChain/LangGraph (or equivalents).
