Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PDE NPI organization across all phases of New Product Introduction to ensure systematic, repeatable, on-schedule qualification into HVM.
  • •Own NPI execution plans, deliverables, and milestone achievement, including Defense Line readiness and quality control frameworks prior to release.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration and early risk identification across APTD, PDE, PSE, Global Quality, TSE, Site Manufacturing, and Central Planning.
  • •Oversee NPI lot execution, data collection, process characterization, yield ramp, and RCA/CAPA for excursions and quality issues.
  • •Provide people leadership by coaching and developing engineers and managers, setting goals, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement using NPI KPIs and CIPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with a background in process engineering, NPI, or technology development.
  • •5+ years in a people leadership role (Manager or Director) with success leading multi-functional engineering teams.
  • •Deep understanding of backend/assembly semiconductor processes and NPI phase gate frameworks.
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP and Python (or equivalent).
