Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and role-model KHMS practices including daily performance meetings, leader standard work, and RCA-based corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and company specifications to ensure food safety and product quality.
  • •Deliver area performance across productivity and planning, including labor and product scheduling, materials and packaging supplies, and sanitation/housekeeping.
  • •Coordinate production line activities to meet safety, quality, employee relations, productivity, and cost requirements.
  • •Supervise and develop production staff, manage the area budget, and implement process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean/ KHMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and managerial experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes, production lines, and equipment.
  • •In-depth knowledge of state and federal rules/regulations including EEO, OSHA, FDA, and USDA.
  • •Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
