Key Responsibilities

  • •Build solutions to identify intent and entities and extract features from user comments, chat transcripts, and other unstructured text data.
  • •Design and implement advanced NLP solutions using traditional models and LLMs.
  • •Research and stay current with developments in generative AI and LLMs.
  • •Train, fine-tune, and evaluate pre-trained NLP models; analyze results and refine models.
  • •Develop and maintain code libraries/tools/frameworks and participate in code reviews across the software development lifecycle.
