Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the TAR Lead with safe and efficient delivery of the TAR program.
  • •Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture; lead by example and ensure Tool Box Talks are structured, recorded and add value.
  • •Embrace a one-team culture and provide guidance for field execution of TAR scopes, including all types of fixed equipment.
  • •Manage all aspects of TAR scope from start to finish including mobilisation to and demobilisation from the worksite, in line with ROO engineering standards and safety/quality procedures.
  • •Drive consistency in TAR preparation using checklists and other tools to track readiness against milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas maintenance & engineering environment.
  • •2+ years’ experience in Turnarounds.
  • •HNC qualification or higher in relevant technical discipline with strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
  • •Good knowledge of asset management system (CMMS) - preferable
  • •Demonstrate a positive attitude and embrace clients’ charter values; foster teamwork and safe working practices across contractor groups.
