Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows against business expectations and facilitate UAT execution with business users.
  • •Document UAT results and feedback, ensure coverage of critical scenarios and edge cases, and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams, maintaining clear documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications and interpreting business requirements into test scenarios.
  • •Ability to prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO, or similar, and knowledge of SQL for database validation.
  • •Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured and exposure to Agile/sprint-based testing cycles.
