Key Responsibilities

•Support the design and review of organizational structures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and role clarity.
•Conduct structural diagnostics to assess spans, layers, and reporting lines, and prepare recommendations for improvement.
•Contribute to the development and maintenance of functional mandates, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are clearly defined and aligned with departmental objectives.
•Participate in reviews of operating models and organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency and governance compliance.
•Support the preparation and maintenance of organizational charts and structure repositories.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
