Mortgage Loan Officer

Originate residential mortgage loans by building leads through realtor/contractor relationships, branch referrals, and community outreach. Set up loans in the bank’s system and move applications through to underwriting submission. Provide financing sheets for open houses, attend association meetings and weekend events, and conduct first-time homebuyer classes near branch locations. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and federal/state lending regulations.
