Cost Controls Specialist

Support the execution of project controls cost activities using established cost management procedures and internal best practices. Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and cost reporting, including cost-to-billings reconciliations, trends, and progress measurement support. Help set up and implement project controls structures (OBS, WBS, CBS), apply Earned Value Management principles, and assist with change verification and closeout data collection.
