Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and implementing the project controls execution plan and project controls system setup requirements.
  • •Participate in implementing project structures (OBS, WBS, CBS) in required financial and progress systems and follow cost and progress procedures.
  • •Demonstrate Earned Value Management principles and support estimate conforming, chart of accounts usage, forecasting, and cost reporting.
  • •Assist with invoicing and support project accounting through cost-to-billings reconciliations, and analyze project trends (e.g., PFs, commitments, labor mix).
  • •Support change management and progress measurement setup/maintenance, assist with quantity take-offs auditing (IFC), and contribute to closeout report data collection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience working for an EPC.
  • •Must know about earned value systems.
  • •Problem-solving attitude with strong coordination skills.
  • •Knowledge of common business tools such as Microsoft Office applications.
