Key Responsibilities

  • •Define integration and platform strategy and roadmap for the data-sync surface customers rely on for critical GTM data.
  • •Make reliability a product outcome, including uptime, data freshness, accuracy, and fast, legible triage when issues occur.
  • •Ship AI agent workflows and APIs end-to-end to move real GTM work across customer systems (enrichment, sync, signal-to-action).
  • •Own a small set of customer relationships and translate learnings into product bets, especially around integrations that affect renewals.
  • •Partner with engineering and design on migrations, deprecations, enablement, and the Sales/CS feedback loop that improves retained revenue.

Salary: USD 124,000 - 271,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in product management, including owning integrations, data sync, or a platform/API surface for B2B SaaS such as CRM or sales-engagement platforms.
  • •PM-level fluency with integration primitives like OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping/object sync.
  • •Track record of treating reliability (uptime, freshness, accuracy, error rates, incident triage) as a product outcome.
  • •Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features in production, with strong opinions on evals and agent design.
  • •Comfort owning direct customer relationships, running discovery, translating to specs, and serving as the escalation point when integrations break.
