Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets to identify required materials.
  • •Ensure material meets quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and check materials/finished products for compliance.
  • •Perform setups and feed material according to specifications, periodically checking equipment to maintain standards.
  • •Offload and stack material in accordance with procedures; cover, label, and band components when required.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; complete pre-shift inspections, perform LOTO and preventive maintenance, and maintain production records.

Key Requirements
