Lead pre-sales engagement to help customers deploy AI-powered support quickly and confidently. Partner with Sales to scope services, shape deals, and translate business and technical requirements into clear SOWs. Evaluate deal complexity (readiness, migration, integrations) and design solutions that drive real adoption rather than replicating old workflows. Act as a bridge across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while improving tooling and scalable ways of working.

•Lead services scoping with customers (from director to C-level) to create a clear deployment path.
•Partner with Sales in pre-sales to position services, shape deals, and ensure customers understand day-one value.
•Translate business and technical requirements into Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, dependencies, and customer responsibilities.
•Design AI-powered solutions that improve customer experience and drive meaningful automation adoption.
•Connect customer needs with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure sold scope matches deliverable outcomes while improving pre-sales processes and tooling.
