Job Summary

Leverage large healthcare datasets to optimize, tune, and evaluate AI products for physicians. •Create product and client-facing analytics to support stakeholders and decisions.
•Collaborate with product leaders and managers to inform data team strategy and participate in execution and planning.
•Define and lead data projects end-to-end, from data ingestion to analysis and recommendations.
•Work with distributed teams and contribute to scalable analysis and model training.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or related role working with complex, high-volume datasets.
•Advanced knowledge of statistics, including exploratory data analysis, experimental design, and probability theory.
•Deep understanding of modern machine learning, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and LLM fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RFT).
•Ability to design, train, and evaluate large-scale models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
•Advanced SQL and Python skills, including production-grade code design and complex query optimization.
