Own the user-research practice for T&F Technology & Product, reporting to the Head of Product Design. Lead generative discovery and evaluative usability studies using mixed methods, translating insights into decision-ready recommendations. Build research standards, a reusable research repository, and a proactive research agenda—while partnering with Customer Intelligence and Data Science to triangulate qual and quant findings. Coach designers, product managers, and analysts to embed lightweight, responsible research across the product organization.
