  • •Lead and manage maintenance and engineering staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • •Develop and manage maintenance and capital budgets, including spare parts and outside vendor support.
  • •Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and engineering practices.
  • •Oversee equipment/machinery reviews, upgrades, construction and facility engineering; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance and manage material flow layouts, ergonomics, and 5S projects.

  • •10+ years of direct engineering/maintenance experience, including 5 years supervisory experience.
  • •Experience leading and motivating a team with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • •Hands-on leader spending time on the production floor and ability to travel nationally/internationally a few times per year.
