Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute global procurement strategies for assembly, test materials, components, and outsourced manufacturing services.
  • •Own category management to deliver cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
  • •Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, driving performance accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure supply assurance through capacity planning, demand-supply alignment, and risk mitigation, including resilient sourcing networks.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing execution (negotiations, contract management, supplier performance governance) and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •15+ years of experience across semiconductor manufacturing, procurement, or supplier management.
  • •Proven experience operating at a global/enterprise leadership level, delivering cross-functional business outcomes.
  • •Deep understanding of semiconductor assembly, test, materials, and outsourced manufacturing (technical, operational, and commercial).
  • •Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements and managing global supply chain risks, capacity planning, and supplier performance.
