Key Responsibilities

•Own the revenue forecast model and the weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast cycle from data pull to executive presentation.
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations to analyze performance across self-serve and sales-led funnels and surface actionable insights on funnel quality and pipeline risk.
•Lead Board of Directors reporting and investor-grade analytics, including KPI dashboards and variance narratives for PE sponsors.
•Contribute to internal ELT reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews with decision-ready narratives and real-time visibility into key metrics.
•Design and own complex financial models covering ARR, bookings, subscriber growth, churn/retention, and LTV/CAC; validate numbers in the data layer and drive data quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in FP&A or finance in a high-growth SaaS or tech company with direct exposure to revenue forecasting and GTM finance
•Private equity background with experience in portfolio reporting cadences and sponsor expectations
•Board-level exposure and experience building or contributing to Board of Directors packages
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; proficiency in SQL; experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
•Strong cross-functional partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS; clear business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions
