Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate solutions using retail consumer and small business product knowledge and the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Meet customer experience and production goals, refer customers to business partners, and support CSRs in the sales and referral process while following policies and managing risks.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
