Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end material management deliverables to align with organizational goals and KPIs for PCBA supply continuity.
  • •Oversee material pipeline management, clear-to-build (CTB) readiness, PCBA supply commits/accuracy, and on-time delivery to fulfillment sites.
  • •Drive quarterly build plan execution across assigned product families, including CM due diligence and escalation/allocation for gating components during shortages.
  • •Own inventory management including excess/obsolete control, non-material spend oversight, engineering change management, and product transfer support for qualification and ramp.
  • •Collaborate on capacity and inventory optimization, manage E&O/NMS/PPV/OT cost elements, and participate in annual CM business operations audits.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience in Materials Management.
  • •Working knowledge of planning/ERP systems, including Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or equivalents.
  • •Strong Contract Manufacturer (CM) management skills with demonstrated ability to drive performance and collaboration.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across global regions.
