Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in system-level design for tracker solutions and analyze mechanical/structural behavior.
  • •Perform product failure mode analysis from testing and reverse engineering.
  • •Support system-level testing, including assistance in field testing.
  • •Develop and establish Matlab/Python tools for design optimization.
  • •Use CAD/CAE tools for mechanical/structural design, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, structural dynamics/kinematics, vibrations, thermal analysis, and plastic part design; document and report results.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Structural/Mechanical/Applied Physics Engineering with an excellent academic record.
  • •Tool experience with SolidWorks, Ansys FEA, Matlab, Simulink, Python (or equivalents).
  • •Sound knowledge of structural/mechanical analysis and design (project-level experience preferred).
  • •Strong mechanical failure analysis aptitude.
  • •Solid written and verbal communication skills; openness to field testing support for 3 to 6 months.
