Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing and conducting user interviews, analyzing needs and difficulties, and synthesizing results into personas and journeys.
  • •Design innovative AI-centered user experiences, including conversational and AI-assisted interactions between users, intelligent agents, and graphical interfaces.
  • •Create UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; support ideation workshops and validate solutions with users.
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to translate requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • •Contribute to the evolution of the Design System by documenting UX components and supporting tooling/processes for industrialized design in an AI context.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a degree in Design, Ergonomics, HCI, UX Design, Digital Design, or equivalent (Bac +4 to +5).
  • •Strong command of UX design principles.
  • •Knowledge of user research methods and the ability to analyze and synthesize findings into personas and journeys.
  • •Proficiency in Figma.
  • •Good English level and a sensitivity to accessibility/ergonomics, with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
