Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform incoming inspection (T2) of parts, consumables, kits, and assemblies received from suppliers to drawing/spec requirements.
  • •Initiate and manage nonconforming products through NCs (NCMs) in COM-17, ensuring timely closure and supporting supplier containment, root cause, corrective actions, and escapes investigations.
  • •Maintain quarantine cages with clear segregation and ensure timely movement of parts in and out of warehouse cages.
  • •Review, prepare, and complete documents in accordance with AS9100, TCCA, EASA, and Airbus requirements, including reviewing/approving/conducting FAIs as needed.
  • •Meet weekly receiving inspection KPI objectives and support continuous improvement (ImpACT, 5S), audits, cross-training, and SQCDP reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
  • •Post-Secondary Diploma in Operations - Materials/Inventory Management or related discipline (asset).
  • •Knowledge of the aerospace industry and AS9100 environment.
  • •Ability to multi-task, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and work independently under general supervision.
  • •Strong accuracy and attention to detail in documentation/data entry; ability to work under pressure and lift/bend repetitively.
