Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform administrative and coordination duties including work orders, field service reports, and monthly/system problem reports.
  • •Maintain and service HMI MBI and SBI equipment at customer sites, including diagnostics and maintenance in clean-room conditions.
  • •Periodically install new equipment, perform upgrades, and support system relocations.
  • •Interface daily with customers to train, answer questions, and provide technical assistance; advise on actions to correct malfunctions.
